- Koki Kids, LLC will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of promotions that specifically state ?no refunds or returns?. Koki Kids, LLC also only accepts returns of cards that are purchased online. No returns on customized cards!
Card returns must be in resalable condition and will be accepted only if they are free of breakage and/or tears. (e.g., membership card and all accompanying literature must still be intact).
- Refunds are given in the amount of the purchase price, less $7.95 per Card for order shipping and handling and return shipping & handling.
- All shipments will include a pre-paid return shipping label.
- All returns will be credited to the credit card account used to purchase and will be processed no later than 10 business days after it is received. However, it may take more than one billing cycle for your return credit to appear on your statement.
